Jarrah honey is regarded as one of the world’s premium, most exclusive honeys. Jarrah honey not only tastes great but has scientifically proven medicinal properties, is uniquely low GI, and has higher antimicrobial properties than many other honeys. The Jarrah tree is uniquely Western Australian and only flowers every few years. It requires a special combination of environmental factors for the honey harvest to be successful. As Jarrah honey is only available in limited quantities and not harvested every year, it is in short supply and in growing demand.
