Excellent honey for healing

Bought the honey for gifts to friends on my next trip overseas. However i tested positive for COVID on Tuesday with symptoms of fatigue running nose and sore throat. So i took out the premium jarra and made honey lemon drink.one table spoonfull of honey mixed with half of lemon. Add cold water and shake with a shaker. Sip by sip slowly swallow within couple of hours. 2 cups a day. Sore throat eased after the first cup.Muscle aches eased the day after. Thanks to Forest fresh honey.
