Walk down the honey aisle of any Australian supermarket and you'll find jars ranging from a few dollars to well over $50 — and online you can spend over $150 on a single 500g jar. That's a 20-fold price difference for what looks like the same amber liquid.

None of that is compatible with $8-per-jar economics. The only way to produce honey at that price point is to blend broadly, process for shelf efficiency, and skip independent testing.
This isn't a criticism of every affordable honey — it's a description of the economics. But if you're buying honey for a specific purpose (supporting wellness, managing a sore throat, gift-giving), the $8 jar and the TA50+ jar are not interchangeable products.
