As honey is a food product we cannot accept returns.
While every effort is made to ensure that our precious liquid gold arrives on your doorstep in perfect condition, occasionally it may be damaged in transit.
Please note the following:
Western Australia’s strict quarantine and biosecurity laws prohibit honey products from being returned to WA.
Should you receive a damaged or faulty product in your order please notify us immediately and send images of the product.
Please do not discard the damaged product until we have had time to contact you. We suggest that you carefully wrap the damaged product in plastic to prevent leakage and ensure you do not injure yourself in the process.
If deemed suitable, a replacement product will be despatched to you as soon as possible or a credit will be added to your records to be used against a future order.
