Shipping & Delivery

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Large or specialised orders may take longer. Dispatch means we have handed your parcel to the carrier; delivery takes additional time. Once dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. Delivery from Western Australia varies by postcode.

Please order ahead for time-sensitive purchases. We process orders in the order received and cannot prioritise urgent requests or guarantee delivery by a specific date.

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. International orders do not qualify for our domestic free shipping offer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
