• Marri tree honey (also called red gum in WA) is sourced from the large Eucalypt Corymbia calophylla, which grows together with Jarrah in the large State Forest in the southwest of Western Australia. Marri honey is harvested annually, so is in good supply. *Studies by the Chemcentre in WA have shown the Jarrah and Marri honey are also anti-inflammatory and good for human gut health.
