A light yet flavoursome dressing for salads, this Jarrah honey recipe is easy to make from ingredients you'll most likely have at home.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Jarrah honey
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together by either whisking in a bowl, or shaking in a sealed jar. Drizzle over salad and enjoy.
Tip: Use your old Forest Fresh Jarrah honey jars to make and store this dressing. Enjoy within a few days.
