A wonderful alternative to processed and unhealthy snacks, these raw balls are moorish and nutritious.
1 cup pitted dates
4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup Jarrah honey
1 cup almonds
Add dates, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to a food processor. Blitz well. Add in Jarrah honey and almonds. Blitz until almonds are chopped and the mixture forms a paste like texture. Remove from food processor. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place into a sealable container. For best results, store in fridge for 30mins then serve.
NB: If you have a slightly older blender or food processor, we recommend either blitzing the almonds first by themselves, or using almond meal. The consistency of this mixture is quite thick so some blenders may struggle with full almond pieces.
