A delicious weekend brekky or brunch, but absolutely guilt free. These protein pancakes are a perfect way to start any day of the week, or as a post workout meal.
4x egg whites
160g oats (shredded)
60g protein powder mixed with water
1 tsp baking powder
Fruit of your choice
1 tsp Jarrah honey
Use a blender to mix all ingredients (excluding fruit and Jarrah honey) together. Spray pan with spray oil, and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side. Serve with a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit - we recommend berries.
