Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are usually despatched within 1 to 3 business days. Large or specialised orders may take longer. We aim to meet these despatch times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Forest Fresh Honey cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping, this is domestic only.

As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns on our honey due to a change of mind. If your product has arrived faulty, however, please take a photo of it and send to contact@forestfreshhoney.com.au and one of the team will be able to assist.
