Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are usually despatched within 1 to 3 business days. Large or specialised orders may take longer. We aim to meet these despatch times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Forest Fresh Honey cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any.

As this is a food product, we cannot accept returns on our honey due to a change of mind. If your product has arrived faulty, however, please take a photo of it and send to contact@forestfreshhoney.com.au and one of the team will be able to assist.
